She was born in Konya. After graduating from Istanbul Erkek High School, she continued his education at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, one of Turkey’s leading medical faculties. After graduating from the faculty, she performed her compulsory service at Atatürk Airport. She completed her specialization in Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul University Department of Anesthesia and Reanimation.Bu Afterwards, she moved to Germany with a scholarship in 1990 and started to work as a surgical assistant at the prestigious University of Erlangen to gain first-hand experience in hair transplant surgery, which was just beginning at the time.

Upon her return to Turkey in 1994, she established Transmed Hair Transplantation and Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, which works for the happiness of her medical guests in the mirror.Bunu

For the past 28 years, Dr. Melike Külahçı has performed approximately 10 thousand successful operations in the field of hair transplantation, provided training to more than 20 doctors and more than 100 nurses on this subject, organized prestigious conferences  about hair loss, and attended more than 100 conferences as both a speaker and a director, has written worldwide acclaimed medical articles, and ISHRS; she became the first and only Turkish doctor who takes part in the International Hair Restoration Surgery Association.
