HEALING AFTER OPERATION
Our scientific research team working within the structure of Transmed observed that the rates of adherence of the follicles in the transplantation area increased and wound healing after operation accelerated.
What is Fast Forward composed of
Fast Forward system is composed of medically-accepted side products which activates thrombocytes with "Platelet-rich Plasma” (PRP) liquid.
Why Fast Forward?
This application is completely applied in the laboratory by Transmed in contrast to other PRP applications. Fast Forward is a process performed by adding factors which facilitate curative and bioactive enzymes in the thrombocytes to be released under guidance of specialists of biochemistry and academician consultants. Fast Forward system is based on the results of international literature and clinical observations made by Transmed R&D team.
Can Fast Forward be applied in anyone?
Fast Forward system can be applied in any case of hair restoration.
What is the procedure in Fast Forward system?
Fast Forwards includes activation of thrombocytes obtained from the patient’s own blood by a special mixture and application of this on the region of transplantation after hair restoration.
You can make an appointment with our physicians to discuss the procedure and the points about hair transplantation.
For detailed information you can watch the video presentation of Dr. Melike Külahçı.
Are there any side effects of Fast Forward system?
Since the Fast Forward mixture administered to the patient is obtained from the patient’s own blood and natural activators of the patient’s own body, no allergic reaction or infection is observed during the procedure or after the procedure.
What is PRP used in Fast Forward system?
PRP (Platelet-rich Plasma) which is used in Fast Forward system and constitutes the backbone of the application is a blood side product used to accelerate wound healing since 1970s in all over the world. Administration of PRP in star athletes and baseball players in USA especially in the last decade has rendered PRP a recognized treatment method in the community.

Transfer of such research to hair surgery started with the presentations in International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) congresses held in the beginning of 2000s and continued with the results of medical studies on this subject in 2004. Is Fast Forward system proved?
PRP (Platalet Rich Plasma) which is used in Fast Forward system and constitutes the backbone of the application is a blood side product used to accelerate wound healing since 1970s worldwide. This indication of PRP is approved by FDA (State Owned Food and Drug Administration) in USA.
In addition, activators and proteins released from the thrombocytes used in Fast Forward system are autologous (produced from the patient’s own blood and given to the patient himself/herself). There are many studies in the medical literature suggesting that these activators help cell growth.
The effects of Fast Forward system may show difference in different patients. Therefore expectations should be reasonable and it should be kept in mind that the positive effects of treatment will not be at the same level in all the patients.
